In order to meet our Customers’ expectations, we have implemented a management system compliant with the ISO 9001:2015 standard, which applies to all areas of NITROERG S.A. operations, as well as an environmental management system compliant with the ISO 14001:2015 standard, which is in force at the Krupski Młyn plant.

As an expression of our commitment to our Customers and their needs, the Management Board of NITROERG S.A. has adopted the “Integrated Management System Policy”, which defines the directions of our activities and the objectives we have achieved and continue to pursue.

NITROERG S.A. conducts international trade in goods of strategic importance in compliance with the law of the Republic of Poland, international law, and the principles established by non-proliferation agreements to which Poland is a party.

Aware of our role in ensuring national and international security by preventing uncontrolled trade in dual-use and armament items, we have consciously and voluntarily implemented and maintain an Internal Control System (ICS) within our company.

The foundation of an effective Internal Control System is a written statement defining the ICS Policy. This declaration, addressed to all employees, expresses the official position regarding trade control as well as the introduction and maintenance of the ICS.

The implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the ICS, carried out in connection with business needs and development, and in line with legal requirements and quality management principles, is a conscious, voluntary, and strategic decision of our organization.
