A special day full of smiles, conversations, and shared moments – this was our family picnic, which brought together employees and their families from Bieruń and Krupski Młyn.
Last weekend, we held a family picnic for our employees and their loved ones, bringing together nearly 800 participants.
The event program was filled with attractions for all age groups – from games and activities for the youngest, to spaces designed for conversations, socializing, and shared meals. Most importantly, it was time spent together – away from daily duties, in a warm and family-friendly atmosphere.
For our company, events like this hold special meaning – they strengthen bonds between employees, build engagement, and show that our organization is not just a workplace, but a community.
