This commitment is reflected in the adopted Sustainable Development Policy of the KGHM Polska Mied\u017a S.A. Capital Group at NITROERG S.A., which defines the goals, commitments, and strategic directions regarding sustainable development.<\/p>\n<p>The policy references normative acts in the areas of environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) applicable at NITROERG S.A., which form the foundation for operating in line with the concept of sustainable development.<\/p>\n<p>Information regarding environmental, social, and corporate governance aspects at NITROERG S.A. is reported to the parent company and constitutes a component of the Sustainability Reporting included in the Management Board&#8217;s Report on the Activities of KGHM Polska Mied\u017a S.A. and the KGHM Polska Mied\u017a S.A.
